* Your blog must be weight-loss focussed – it doesn’t matter how you are losing weight or where you are at in your progress. It also doesn’t matter if you have other, more general, posts on your blog as long as it is primarily about your own personal weight loss journey amongst other things…

* You must publish the FlabBlogRoll on the sidebar of your Blog…and it must be clearly visible.
* You must, at least, publish one new post in your blog each week.
