QuiverFull Blogroll

Location: http://www.mamaarcher.com/2007/11/introducing-quiverfull-blogroll.html

Criteria:

The Quiverfull lifestyle is a movement among conservative evangelical Protestant Christians. Roman Catholics and some others might refer to the Quiverfull position as Providentialism. Those who hold this position do so not in an attempt to simply have large families but to leave in the hands of the Lord God Almighty His sovereignty and authority over the womb. The distinguishing viewpoint is to eagerly receive children as blessings from God, abandoning all forms of contraception, including natural family planning and sterilization. This blogroll is for those who are actively following the Lord in this lifestyle. To be included on this role please follow the rules listed below:

* Leave a comment requesting to be added and a link to your blog/site.
* Place the roll on your blog. I will email the code to you once you are confirmed, so make sure I can find your email.
* Write a post discussing this Biblical teaching.
* Let me know so I can link to it.
* Invite others you know who qualify to join. (optional)

DISCLAIMER: To join the roll you must be actively living this out in your life and walk with the Lord. The highlighted sentence above is a good place to evaluate if you hold to the same conviction this blogroll is to represent. This is my blogroll and therefore I & my husband are the sole decision makers concerning who is qualified to be a part of this role. This posting is not for discussion on what is or what is not considered QF; Therefore all contrary &/or dissenting remarks will be removed.

Church Directory Blogroll

Location: http://www.evangelicaloutpost.com/churchdirectory/

Criteria:

Christian churches often publish directories listing contact information of their members as a tool for building fellowship within a congregation. Such books offer a way for new members to get to know others in the church and to establish connections with other Christians. In a similar manner, the Church Directory is a modest project to cultivate relationships within the Christian blogging community by maintaining a blogroll of sites produced by believers. The only requirement for joining is to be an orthodox Christian (i.e., someone who holds to the basics of the faith) and have a blog.

League of Pastors’ Wives Blogroll

Criteria:

If you are a Pastor’s wife (including associate pastor’s wife, music minister’s wife, youth minister’s wife, or the wife of a minister who is currently without call etc…) you are welcome to join this blogroll.

I am VERY new at this and don’t really know what I’m doing so you have fair warning! But, leave a comment including your name, e-mail address, blog domain, and a description of your blog if you would like to join. I will contact you by e-mail with a code for your blog template. Once you have the code, please make a post about the new blogroll so that others can find out about it also. When I start getting enough folks joining I will try to have an ocassional LOPW carnival. For now, I just want to get a good group together. Spread the word!

If things don’t work right away I will do my best to figure out the system and get everything working in order. Give me a bit of time and I should figure it out!

Welcome!

Nan

P.S. Please don’t forget to give me your e-mail as this is the only way for me to give you the code for your blog! If you would like me to delete the comment with your e-mail in it for privacy reasons I will be happy to do so. In order to avoid letting spammers pick up on your e-mail, you may spell it out like this: … Thanks again!
